Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram as well!
Effective September 1, 2013, it will be our policy that only the parents of the Kindergym 3-5 year old classes will be permitted to remain in the gym during class to avoid congestion in the gym. Parents and siblings are not allowed on the gym floor.
The Mini-Show will take place at Springers Gymnastics each December.
Bodysuits are not required for the recreational athletes. Shorts and a form fitting shirt or tank top will suffice. Please ensure that your child is comfortable as they will be active during their class. Hair must be tied back and away from the face. Bare feet are required on all gym equipment, with the exception of Cheerleading who may wear clean indoor running shoes on the floor. Crop tops are not allowed for any activity.
For all classes, please send a water bottle with your child, labelled with their name. For all 1.5-2 hour classes, please send a healthy snack along with your child as well.
You may be asked by your child’s coach or the Head Coach to try competitive gymnastics or cheerleading. Please let us know if this is something your child would be interested in or if you have questions about. Information about our programs can be found on the website as well.
Questions or Concerns
All of our coaches have been trained in the Foundations Gymnastics Program. Our junior coaches are coaches in training (CIT) and have received training as well. We recognize that no one knows their child like his/her parent. If questions or concerns do arise, please do not hesitate to address them with your child’s coach or the Head Coach. We would ask that you address your concerns during non-class time so that our coaches can attend to their classes. As well, feel free to send an email to the club with any questions or concerns – email@example.com.
