Parent Viewing

Due to registration numbers, restructuring of the gym has occurred over the summer. These changes have involved the removal of some of the viewing area as well as the toy room, creating limited seating for parents and no play area for siblings. Effective September 1, 2013, it will be our policy that only the parents of the Kindergym 3-5 year old classes will be permitted to remain in the gym during class to avoid congestion in the gym. Parents and siblings are not allowed on the gym floor. We will be having a parent viewing class and the end of each session for parents and families to see what each child has accomplished during their classes. More details will be provided later in the fall.

Bodysuits are not required for the recreational athletes. Shorts and a form fitting shirt or tank top will suffice. Please ensure that your child is comfortable as they will be active during their class. Hair must be tied back and away from the face. Bare feet are required on all gym equipment.

For all classes, please send a water bottle with your child. For all 1.5-2 hour classes, please send a healthy snack along with your child as well.

Competitive Program

You may be asked by your child’s coach or the Head Coach to try competitive gymnastics. Please let us know if this is something your child would be interested in or if you have questions about. Information about our programs can be found on the website as well.

Questions or Concerns

All of our coaches have been trained in the Foundations Gymnastics Program. Our junior coaches are coaches in training (CIT) and have received training as well. We recognize that no one knows their child like his/her parent. If questions or concerns do arise, please do not hesitate to address them with your child’s coach or the Head Coach. We would ask that you address your concerns during non-class time so that our coaches can attend to their classes. As well, feel free to send an email to the club with any questions or concerns –
